How bookings are made, confirmed and held with Al Qudra Tours.
How to book
Bookings are accepted via WhatsApp message to the brand line, by phone, or via the website enquiry form. A booking is treated as confirmed once we send back a WhatsApp confirmation that includes slot, vehicle (where applicable), pickup window and final price.
Lead time
Most slots can be confirmed for the same day or next day, subject to availability. Overnight safaris, hot air balloon flights and large group bookings should be confirmed at least 24-72 hours in advance.
Identification
Self-drive guests (dune buggy, dirt bike, certain quad slots) must present valid photo identification at the staging area before the safety briefing. A driving licence (any country) is required for self-drive buggy slots aged 18 or older.
Deposit and full payment
Deposit and final payment terms are confirmed on WhatsApp before any payment is taken. We do not charge a deposit until the slot is locked. Payment methods are listed on the payment options page.
No-show
If we attempt hotel pickup at the agreed window and the guest is not reachable, the slot is treated as no-show. No-show treatment is described in the cancellation policy.
Children
Minimum age and height rules vary by service (junior 110cc quad bike from age 6, family buggy package with parent driver, height check for hot air balloon). Declare children's ages on booking so we can confirm what fits before payment.
Pickup logistics
Pickup is included from most central Dubai zones. Pickup from outlying areas, Sharjah or DXB Airport may carry a transparent transfer surcharge confirmed before deposit.
Modifications
Date or activity changes can usually be accommodated subject to availability. Change requests should be sent on WhatsApp; we confirm the revised slot in writing on the same channel.
