How Al Qudra Tours collects, uses and protects personal data. Aligned with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
We collect the personal data needed to confirm and run a booking: name, contact phone or WhatsApp number, email, hotel pickup details, ages of guests where relevant for age-restricted activities, and payment details processed by the card or bank channel used.
Why we collect it
Personal data is processed solely to confirm the booking, run the activity safely, communicate with the guest, issue invoices and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
Lawful basis
Processing relies on the lawful bases of contract performance (running the booked tour) and legitimate interest (operational record-keeping, fraud prevention). Marketing communications - if any - are sent only with the guest's explicit opt-in consent.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with operational partners required to deliver the booking - for example pickup drivers, third-party experience operators (hot air balloon partner) and the payment processor. Each partner is bound by the same UAE PDPL standards.
Retention
Personal data is retained for the period necessary to complete the booking and to meet legal record-keeping obligations under UAE law. Beyond that retention period the personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UAE PDPL the guest has the right to access, correct, restrict processing of, port and delete their personal data, subject to legal exceptions. Requests are sent to the email contact below and acknowledged within 30 days.

Website cookies are described on the cookie policy page. Analytics and advertising cookies are loaded only after the guest has consented via the on-page cookie banner.
