Acceptance
By using this website or booking a service the guest accepts these terms. If the guest does not accept the terms the booking should not proceed.
Service description
Al Qudra Tours operates desert tourism services (dune buggy, quad biking, desert safari, dirt biking, hot air balloon, camel ride and combination packages) across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Service availability is subject to weather, operator capacity and guest eligibility.
Eligibility and conduct
The guest confirms they are physically able to take part in the booked activity, have declared any relevant medical condition before booking and will follow the safety briefing on the day. The guide reserves the right to refuse a slot for safety reasons.
Liability
Adventure tourism carries inherent risk. The guest acknowledges this on signing the standard pre-ride waiver. Al Qudra Tours' liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law and to the value of the booking, except where liability cannot be limited under the UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Intellectual property
All content on this website - copy, photography, brand assets, generated illustrations - is owned by Al Qudra Tours or used under licence. No content may be republished without written permission.
Bookings, payments and refunds
Booking is governed by the booking policy; cancellations by the cancellation policy; refunds by the refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless an alternative forum is required by UAE law.
