Sunset slot

Sunset slots are the favourite for couples - golden-hour light, cooler temperatures, calmer dunes. Optional add-ons include a private camp table or a photographer; ask on WhatsApp before the slot fills.

Photo set

Sunset and sunrise are the strongest photo windows. Drones are restricted in some Dubai zones - check current UAE rules before flying. Photo stops are built into the longer slots; ask in advance if you need extra time on the dunes.

Pickup & logistics

Combo bookings consolidate pickup - one window covers the whole sequence. For two-day combos (e.g. balloon + safari), each day has its own pickup. We share both windows on WhatsApp at booking. Pricing guidance

Combo prices vary by activity pair, group size and slot timing. Most combos save vs booking each activity separately because the transfer is shared. We never advertise a fake 'discount' percentage; the saving is built into the combo rate. Final price is confirmed on WhatsApp before any deposit. Premium combos (VIP, group, two-day) are quote-only. Common mistakes to avoid

  • Booking a buggy + safari combo expecting a long buggy slot - the combo includes the 30-minute buggy add-on, not the full 1-hour route.
  • Booking the family combo for adults expecting buggy and quad - that combo deliberately excludes them.
  • Splitting balloon and safari into two separate bookings when the combo would have saved on transfer.
  • Forgetting to flag dietary needs - the safari leg of the combo is the one that depends on the BBQ buffet.

Do combos really save money?

In most cases yes - because the transfer is shared across both activities and the operator margin is built around a single booking. The saving is built into the rate; we don't advertise an inflated 'percent off'.

Can I customise a combo?

Yes - send the combo idea on WhatsApp. We can swap legs (e.g. quad instead of buggy, morning instead of evening) and quote the new rate before any deposit.

Is the family combo really kid-safe-only?

Yes by design. Buggy and quad are excluded because of age and skill requirements. Adults in the family combo can add a separate buggy/quad slot another day if they want it.

Can a balloon + safari combo run on the same day?

Possible but tiring. Balloon takes off pre-dawn and safari runs through the evening - a 16-18 hour day. We usually recommend splitting across two days for comfort, but we can run same-day on request.
