How do I book?

Pickup & logistics
Pickup is pre-dawn (typically 03:45-04:30 AM) from your accommodation across central Dubai zones - Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Bur Dubai, Deira and Al Barsha. The launch site sits well outside the city; we share the exact pickup window on WhatsApp once the slot is locked. Pricing guidance
Standard package starts from AED 1049 per person; Deluxe from AED 1149 per person; Premium from AED 1399 per person. Private basket is quoted on request - depends on group size and timing. - Booking summer (Jun-Sep) without checking - most operators pause balloon flights for thermal safety.
- Sleeping through pickup - the flight cannot wait; it has to take off at sunrise.
- Skipping the height check for kids - the basket has minimum-height rules.

Why does the flight take off so early?
UAE thermals are only stable for safe ballooning around sunrise. Once the sun is fully up, surface heating creates unstable air and balloons stop operating for the day. Pre-dawn pickup is built around that window.
Will I get a refund if the weather cancels the flight?
Yes - if we cancel for safety, we reschedule or refund. Personal cancellations follow the cancellation policy page. We do not promise that any specific date will fly; weather decides.
Are children allowed in the basket?
Standard balloon operations have a minimum height (around 1.2 m) and minimum age. Confirm your child's age and height on WhatsApp before booking - we'll tell you whether the slot fits.
How long is the flight?
Roughly 60 minutes airborne, plus pre-dawn pickup, briefing, inflation, post-landing breakfast (tier-dependent) and drop-off. Plan around four to five hours total door-to-door.
