Terms governing gift vouchers issued by Al Qudra Tours.
Purchase
Vouchers are sold via WhatsApp or the website enquiry form. The voucher confirmation is sent by email and contains the voucher code and redemption instructions.
Validity
Vouchers are typically valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless a different validity is shown on the voucher itself. Expired vouchers are not redeemable for cash but may, at our discretion, be extended on request.
Redemption
The voucher code is shared on WhatsApp at the time of booking. The voucher value is applied against the slot fee. Where the slot fee exceeds the voucher value, the difference is paid by the guest. Where the slot fee is less than the voucher value, the residual is forfeited unless a partial-redeem option is explicitly offered on the voucher.
Transferability
Vouchers are transferable to another person; the new holder presents the same voucher code at booking. The brand is not responsible for voucher codes shared with unintended recipients.
Refunds
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, except where required by UAE consumer protection law. Where a slot booked against a voucher is cancelled per the cancellation policy, the voucher value is reinstated for use within the original validity window.
Lost vouchers
Lost or stolen voucher codes should be reported on WhatsApp immediately. We will attempt to identify and reissue against the original purchase record.
